# What if my files get stuck loading?

> Learn how to troubleshoot file loading issues on CoLoop. Understand common formatting problems,  supported file formats, and how to reach out for assistance if your files are taking too long to process.

* This can happen for text based files that are not properly formatted
* If your file takes longer than \~5 minutes to move to the ready state there may be a problem with the formatting
