To invite the recording bot to an ongoing meeting, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to the All Files section in CoLoop.
  2. Click on the Meetings tab at the top.
  3. Select Join Meeting.
  4. Paste your Zoom or Teams meeting invite URL (the same URL you’d share with a participant).
