  • Sometimes when you click on a bullet in a message in CoLoop the related quotes might not seem that related.
  • CoLoop takes into account your previous chat history as well retrieval additional evidence from the transcripts you upload.
  • When this occurs it’s typically because the actual source of the information is from somewhere further up in the chat history

Find the source message

  • You can also scroll back up and find the message or sentence that supports the point
  • Clicking on this will show you the original quotes from the transcripts

Hit reset and try again

  • The simplest fix is to hit the reset button and ask your question again.
  • The response may differ the second time as it will not be able ‘see’ potentially useful information in the chat history
