Organization admins can turn on an email that arrives each time anyone in the organization creates a project. The email names the project, the values chosen for its project fields (such as the client it is for), and who created it. Teams use it to keep track of new work, for example to bill each project back to its client. Notification settings are personal: turning one on only changes the emails you get.

Turn on new project notifications

  1. Click your organization name in the top left and select Manage.
  2. Go to the Notifications tab.
  3. Toggle New projects on.
The setting saves as soon as you toggle it. From then on you get one email per new project, for both interview and open-ends projects.

Turn off notifications

  1. Go to the Notifications tab in your organization settings.
  2. Toggle New projects off.

Who can turn this on

Only organization admins can turn on new project notifications, because the emails name every new project in the organization. Other members see the setting but cannot turn it on. If an admin loses their admin role, the emails stop.
