Your home page lists every project you can open. The controls above the list narrow it down, and the column headers change its order and what it shows.

Choose a view

The view menu next to New project sets which projects the list includes:
  • All: every project in your workspace.
  • Mine: projects you created.
  • Member: projects you belong to. Only shown in organization workspaces.
  • Guest: projects shared with you as a guest.
  • Archived: projects that have been archived.
Changing the view clears any filters.

Find a project

  1. Type in Search projects to match project names.
  2. Open a column header menu (Name, Tags, Creator or Created) and pick a filter: project type, tags, creator or creation date.
  3. Applied filters appear as chips in the search field. Click a chip to change it, or its × to remove it.

Sort and lay out the list

  • Sort by any column from its header menu.
  • Show or hide columns under Display > Columns, and drag a column’s edge to resize it.
  • Your sort, columns and widths are remembered between visits. Display > Reset restores the defaults.

Act on a project

Hover a row and click at the end of its name to edit, archive, manage access or delete the project.

Tag several projects at once

Organization admins can select projects with the checkboxes, then click Add tags or Remove tags above the list. The change applies to every selected project.
Admins can also download every project’s tags as a spreadsheet, or upload one to apply tags in bulk, from the menu at the end of the toolbar.
